Key Selection Criteria
  • Relevant experience and qualifications in a similar role, with a Certificate III in Business (Administration) or equivalent industry experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the capacity to negotiate, build rapport, and maintain positive relationships with families.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office 365, OneNote, Microsoft Teams, and other administrative software.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing the enrolment process and related administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing positively to the team and exercising a high degree of confidentiality.
