We are seeking a skilled leader to spearhead our Permanent Supportive Housing Program. This is an exempt, non-union position that requires strong clinical leadership and management expertise.

The successful candidate will oversee and provide guidance to social services staff, champion evidence-based practices, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver services effectively.

  • Oversee and provide clinical leadership to social services staff.
  • Manage the onsite administration of the Permanent Supportive Housing Program.
  • Champion evidence-based practices including Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, Stages of Change/Treatment, Trauma-Informed Care, Harm Reduction, and Integrated Care.
  • Ensure compliance with HUD and other regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with property management, the VA, and other stakeholders to deliver services successfully.

Requirements

  • Masters degree required.
  • LSW, PC with independent licensure eligibility required; LISW, PCC preferred.
  • Minimum of three years in a social service environment.
  • One year of supervisory experience.
