Program Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned program manager to oversee our Permanent Supportive Housing Program. The ideal candidate will have experience in social services, clinical leadership, and regulatory compliance.

  • Supervise and provide clinical guidance to social services staff.
  • Manage onsite program administration.
  • Champion evidence-based practices including Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, Stages of Change/Treatment, Trauma-Informed Care, Harm Reduction, and Integrated Care.
  • Ensure compliance with HUD and other regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with property management, stakeholders to deliver services successfully.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree required.
  • LSW, PC with independent licensure eligibility required; LISW, PCC preferred.
  • Minimum of three years in a social service environment.
  • One year of supervisory experience.
