Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team at our Canberra City store.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week across a Tuesday to Saturday roster, with opportunities for career growth and development within our retail management team.

  • Leading by Example: Drive exceptional customer experiences and help your team deliver on sales budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Succeeding in Succession Planning: Develop your team members' skills and capabilities to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
  • Visual Merchandising Excellence: Execute high-quality visual merchandising in-store and make commercial decisions using your discretion.
  • Stock Management Expertise: Understand stock management processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Coffee Coaching: Provide on-the-spot feedback and coaching to your team members to enhance their performance.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analyze reports to make informed commercial decisions that drive business results.
