About the Role

You will be working with clients who require support to maintain their independence and dignity in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks such as eating, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, laundry, and other household jobs.
  • Prepare meals and navigate a kitchen using basic cooking skills.
  • Support clients with medication reminders, prescribed exercises, dementia care, and engaging companionship activities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role you will need to possess basic cooking skills, be approachable and personable, have a positive attitude, and be compassionate.

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as required for the job
  • Hold a current driver's license with comprehensive insurance
  • Hold a First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Have undergone a National Police Check
  • Possess a Certified Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged, Disability
  • Have the right to work in Australia
