About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Crisis Support Specialist to coordinate support for individuals facing unexpected, unavoidable, and unresolvable crisis events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crisis intervention during urgent calls
  • Promoting a national crisis referral service across multiple jurisdictions
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Delivering information sessions and connecting disability services with mainstream support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in service coordination, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge of disability support frameworks
  • Participation in a rotating after-hours roster (5pm–9am weekdays, 24/7 on weekends and public holidays)
