Home Care Worker Job Opportunity

About our organisation:

In this role, you will provide individualised care to people in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and live well.

The duties of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Providing care using a consumer-directed approach
  • Assisting clients with activities of daily living according to their care plans
  • Maintaining client privacy, confidentiality, and dignity
  • Responding to emergency situations using first aid
  • Maintaining accurate records of client care
  • Reporting any incidents or hazards

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care
  • Australian Driver's License and willingness to travel
  • Registered vehicle and insurance
  • Compassion, empathy, and passion for helping others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confidence in using technology
