Event Coordinator Role

About the Position:

This role is focused on coordinating stakeholder engagement and communication, including government bodies and the football community.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, project management, or a related field. They possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage meeting schedules, draft key communications, and track milestones using project management tools.
  • Support event logistics, guest list management, RSVP tracking, and VIP/VVIP bios preparation.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, maintain contact lists, and provide administrative support to leadership.
  • Assist with daily tasks, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure team efficiency.

We are looking for a highly organised and communicative individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage shifting priorities, and take initiative. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset are essential.

Familiarity with event management software is an advantage.
