The ideal candidate will possess superior communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You'll have 2-3 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.

About This Role:

  • Manage service relationships to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Provide clear and concise information and support to customers on products and services
  • Accurately process tracking enquiries and respond promptly to customer queries
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and provide solutions in an efficient manner
  • KPI reporting and delivering SLAs
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar)
