We're seeking a self-driven, hands-on Leader to join Hive & Wellness on our Night Shift. In this newly created role, you will lead and support a dedicated production team, ensuring our high standards of quality, safety and performance are upheld every shift.

Why This Role is Perfect for You:

As a Production Team Leader, you'll leverage your skills to drive production excellence, while fostering a high performing, engaged team culture. In addition to leading a skilled team, you'll also be hands‑on and responsible for running the production line when coverage is needed — ensuring output, quality, and safety are maintained at the highest level.

Work Hours - Sunday to Thursday Nights - 10.00 pm to 6:00 am.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Health & Safety – Drive WHS compliance and create a safety-first culture.

Team Leadership – Motivate your team to hit production targets while maintaining efficiency.

Hands-On Support – Step in to operate and support production lines as needed to ensure continuity.

Develop Team Capability – Provide training, coaching and feedback to grow individual and team performance.

Uphold Food Safety & Quality – Ensure GMP compliance and premium product standards.

Cross-Team Collaboration – Work and communicate effectively with maintenance, warehouse, and leadership teams.

Drive Continuous Improvement – Lead teams to identify opportunities for process and safety enhancements.

What You Bring to the Table:

Proven production & team leading experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment confidently.

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Good communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Forklift license – desirable but not essential.
