You will play a pivotal role in driving the Sales and Profit goals by spearheading your department's efforts to deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Monitor and respond to key Sales & Profit KPIs for your department, taking proactive measures to maximise sales with Visual Merchandisers.
- Drive the Hello Member programme in line with country goals, ensuring its successful implementation.
- Maintain and uphold H&M standards within your department, utilising the Customer Experience Tool for effective monitoring.
- Implement the Commercial Handbook with your Visual Team, ensuring seamless execution.
- Evaluate and manage team performance, providing regular feedback, executing performance development reviews, development plans, follow-ups, and taking necessary action to improve performance and develop your team.
- Work closely with your department's talent pipeline to support business and store needs.
