POSITION OVERVIEW.

In the role of Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager, taking a proactive approach to manage various projects. This position offers the opportunity to treat each project with ownership and responsibility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive demeanor, a robust work ethic, and a dedication to achieving excellence. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor Graduate Engineers who will report to you on a daily basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

Your duties will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Contract management
  • Cost oversight
  • Processing variation and progress claims
  • Subcontractor management
  • Issuing purchase orders
  • Quality assurance
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE.

  • A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
  • Experience in infrastructure or land development projects
  • Prior involvement in projects of similar scale
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
