About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a contracts specialist with 1 – 4 years' experience in the construction industry or someone that has been on site for most of their career and is looking for a slower paced office role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review construction contracts for risk and suitable preferred terms
  • Work with multiple internal stakeholders such as project managers, project directors and construction managers across all departments on large bids and variations to works
  • Assist in the development and implementation of processes and risk management procedures
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in a commercial or construction discipline
  • Experience in reviewing construction contracts
  • Building services contractor experience (desirable)
  • Builder, civil and cost consultancy experience (will also be considered)
