The Role

This position involves leading and supporting the delivery of diverse lifestyle and wellbeing programs that foster social connections and meaningful engagement. You will encourage residents to participate in various activities, provide individualised support tailored to their interests and needs, and assist with assessments, care plan reviews, and ongoing wellbeing program improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and industry best practices

  • Strong organisational skills, creativity, and enthusiasm
