As an IT Project Associate, you will be responsible for supporting project and management teams in ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a project support or coordination role, strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities, as well as proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Excel).

Key responsibilities include maintaining key project documentation, tracking progress and financials, processing vendor invoices, and analyzing data to support informed decision-making across multiple programs and projects.

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and resource timesheeting in collaboration with project managers.
  • Maintain consistent documentation, templates, and assist with change and risk management processes.
  • Facilitate audits and quality reviews, ensuring compliance and audit-ready records.
  • Prepare status reports, track KPIs, budgets, and timelines, and analyze data to identify risks and improvements.
  • Manage PMO tools and systems and support new process/tool implementations.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications, organize meetings, and follow up on action items.
