The Firm is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support the management and delivery of key client matters/projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor progress against plans, budget spend against estimate, risks, issues and actions logs and coordinate project activities and resources.
  • Liaise with Pricing/Billing teams for accurate financial reporting.
  • Support tender responses, bids and RFPs.
  • Analyse Management Information to ensure ongoing efficiency on matters.
  • Identify and address project issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain project configuration items, including change control documents and project templates.
  • Prepare regular project status reports as required.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, an excellent communicator, and skilled at managing multiple responsibilities in large teams.

This role requires strong working relationships with legal practice groups and clients. The candidate should have:

  • At least two years' experience in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent technical skills in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Higher level education qualified.
  • A project management qualification, such as APM foundation, PRINCE2 foundation, PMP or P3O.
  • Familiarity with governance, control, planning, reporting, portfolio, programme and project management.
  • Ability to demonstrate interest and understanding of fundamental project management concepts.
  • Strong numerical skills with ability to work with financial information.
