Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage risk and compliance procedures across the business.
This role requires a strong risk management, compliance and safety culture in all areas of operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining risk and compliance programs, including frameworks, policies and procedures.
- Fostering a culture of risk management and compliance for continuous improvement.
- Monitoring and reporting risks, breaches and incidents, and developing comprehensive reports for leadership and committees as appropriate.
- Ensuring effective maintenance and development of risk and compliance registers and administration of risk and compliance software tools.
- Managing risks, breaches and incidents, and other areas of risk management within appropriate timeframes.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Relevant qualifications in risk, compliance, OHS or similar.
- Significant experience in a similar environment/organisation and role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and interpreting legislation/regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines.
- A strong understanding of risk management standards and theory.
