Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a proactive professional to manage enterprise risk and provide company secretariat services. This involves overseeing the provision of company secretariat duties to our Board of Directors, including preparation of agendas, coordinating board papers, taking minutes and managing all governance requirements.
The ideal candidate will partner with senior managers to oversee enterprise risk management, including risk identification and mitigation, risk assessments and reporting. The role requires excellent analytical skills, knowledge of risk assessment and control techniques, as well as strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing agendas and coordinating board papers
- Taking minutes and managing governance requirements
- Overseeing risk identification and mitigation, risk assessments and reporting
A strong understanding of ISO27001 standards is highly regarded but not essential if other selection criteria are met.
This part-time role offers flexibility in how the hours are structured, working five days per fortnight. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Board of Directors, while also developing and implementing risk management strategies.
