Director of Operational Risk Management

**Job Title:** Director of Operational Risk Management
As a key member of our team, you will provide critical risk guidance and support to the Fraud Operations business and its leadership team. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line risk guidance and support to the FO business and its Leadership Team as a Divisional Controls (DCO) partner.
- Conduct thorough root cause analyses to determine the underlying causes of issues and develop effective remediation strategies in partnership with the business.
- Collaborate with other team members across FO/FCO/DCO/CRO/FCRM to offer technical support and guidance as needed.
- Drive results by enhancing efficiency and minimizing errors, thereby reducing fraud-related losses for NAB and its customers.
Requirements:
- Track record of experience across DCO/FO or alternatively a background in risk management, process, or controls.
- Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for discovery and a keen interest in problem-solving.
- Proficiency across the GRACE system.
