**About You**:
We are seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager to join our team. The Risk and Compliance Manager reports to the Director of Governance and is accountable for overseeing risk management and corporate compliance processes to ensure that the college is compliant with laws, regulations, standards and organizational policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage an organization-wide risk management framework and foster cultural and functional alignment in relation to risk.
- Oversee the process of the annual risk-based internal audit plan, detailing key strategic and operational risks within each Business Unit.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to implement effective training relating to mandatory compliance and ensure there is follow up and reporting of non-compliance against requirements.
- Ensure effective and efficient compliance with VRQA requirements.
