This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team and drive business growth by identifying and developing commercial opportunities with existing customer accounts and new business prospects.
As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for managing the local distribution model and retail store, including inventory and cost control. Your key focus will be on supporting, implementing, and driving group strategy, policies, and procedures.
You will also be expected to monitor and report competitor activity and market trends, while promoting a customer-centric approach and innovation in products and services.
In addition, you will take ownership of developing and mentoring employees to build their skills and capabilities, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles.
The ideal candidate will possess strong selling and business development skills, including customer negotiation and thorough knowledge of price and contract management. They will also have excellent time management skills and a results-focused approach.
