We're seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships in a commercial capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead prospecting efforts and deliver engaging product demonstrations
  • Manage and expand existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure client success
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and client engagement activities
  • Drive marketing initiatives to support sales campaigns and pipeline growth

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of sales and account management experience, ideally in the SaaS or government-focused sectors
  • Experience writing tenders/proposals that result in new business wins
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, confident in delivering client-facing demos
  • A process-driven approach to managing sales cycles and account development
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and nurture long-term partnerships
