The Role
As a Fitness Growth Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving membership growth and ensuring our current members feel supported on their fitness journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads and converting them into memberships
- Retaining current members by promoting our culture and services
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
- Assisting with marketing efforts and local business engagement
- Maintaining a welcoming, clean, and vibrant club standard
About You
