About the Role:

  • Collect feedback from customers and feed it back into our product development process.

About You:

  • You have certifications or training in IT, Electrical Engineering, or similar fields.
  • You have experience delivering presentations, training, and technical support.
  • You have knowledge of IT infrastructure and platforms, including Windows, Linux, Android, Active Directory, databases, and XMPP.
  • You have knowledge of Australian Defence terminology, use cases, practices, and procedures.
  • You possess excellent customer service skills and stakeholder trust-building ability.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [X] years of experience in a related field.
  • Possession of a valid NV1 Security Clearance.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
