Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing daily schedules using an online job management system, processing leads, quotes, and jobs, liaising with contractors and suppliers, and providing administrative assistance to key internal staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage technician daily schedules using an online job management system
- Process leads, quotes, and jobs
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers
- Provide administrative assistance to key internal staff
- General administrative duties as required
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should also have competence using mainstream IT operating systems and cloud-based software systems.
