Therapy Services Administrator

The Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to fill the position of Receptionist and Client Services Coordinator at our Kingswood site. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reception duties, and supporting the therapy and Client Services team.
About the TeamOur Kingswood team is a dynamic and innovative group of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality services to individuals with disabilities. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and other support staff to deliver comprehensive and person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Perform central reception duties, including scheduling appointments and managing databases
- Provide administrative support to the therapy and Client Services team, including preparing documents and reports
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
- Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and services that support the needs of individuals with disabilities
