About the Role

The Receptionist will be the face of CPA Kingswood, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the therapy and Client Services team. This is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and staff.

About the Team

The Kingswood team is a dynamic and innovative group of professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and a dedicated client engagement team. We provide intervention in our therapy rooms and operate an organization-funded baby clinic to support children under 2 at risk of Cerebral Palsy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and central reception duties
  • Schedule appointments and provide administrative support
  • Contribute to the day-to-day planning and running of the site
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff
