We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Account Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career with a reputable organisation and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
- Process new business, renewals, quotes, policy endorsements and cancellations.
- Assist in managing a portfolio of accounts through the entire broking process.
- Confidently and effectively communicate with team members, customers, and underwriters.
- Contribute to business growth and service objectives by developing new business and retaining existing business.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. If you're a proactive and self-motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Process new business, renewals, quotes, policy endorsements and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in managing a portfolio of accounts through the entire broking process, including quote requests, policy issuance and premium payments.
- Develop new business opportunities and contribute to business growth and service objectives.
