About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to excel in a senior client-facing role. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients, delivering tailored insurance and risk solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and triage inbound leads from various sources, qualifying prospects and identifying suitable insurance solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead status, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives within existing portfolios, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop comprehensive risk management advice and insurance solutions tailored to the specific needs of the allied health sector.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' businesses in depth and proactively offering valued-added insights and solutions.
Requirements
  • Tier 1 accreditation or higher.
  • Demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range of insurance products, including financial lines.
  • Ability to balance sales drive and service excellence.
  • Initiative-taker who thrives on hitting targets and delivering results.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Commercial acumen and a consultative mindset.
