Job Title: Application Support Associate| Production ServicesSystem Support Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled System Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

This role is responsible for providing daily support for proprietary trading systems, coordinating system-level changes, troubleshooting issues, and performing server-side application support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Implement system-level changes in Windows and Linux environments
  • Troubleshoot trading issues by investigating client-server log files
  • Perform server-side application support, job scheduling, and basic scripting
  • Coordinate technical resources and communicate with both business and technology communities during production issues
RequirementsWe require candidates with 1-3 years of experience in application support, operations, systems administration, or a related field. Key qualifications include:
  • Able to independently identify problems and develop solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux)
  • Foundational knowledge of Powershell, Python, or Bash scripting
  • Previous experience in financial services or trading environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred
