Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Centre Operations Manager to ensure the optimal performance of our retail properties.

  • Maintain health, safety and security of all visitors and occupants
  • Enhance presentation and performance of the property
  • Implement client strategies

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and managing risk management programs
  • Overseeing capital works projects
  • Driving sustainability initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety legislation
  • Supervising security and cleaning contractors
  • Managing maintenance schedules and budgets
  • Coordinating tenancy fit-outs and landlord works
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Being on call 24/7 for emergency situations

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail property management
  • Trade qualifications (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
  • Proven experience in supervising building services and contractors
  • Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Professional demeanour and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to make decisions and implement within delegated authority
  • Thorough knowledge of property functions, including accrual accounting
  • Flexibility to meet business and client needs
