Market Leading Retail Centre Seeking Highly Skilled ManagerAbout the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to lead our market-leading shopping centre. As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the centre's retail profile aligns with our strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximise income and drive centre performance.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH RETAILERS AND LOCAL COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDERS.
  • Collaborate with leasing executives to secure new leasing opportunities and negotiate agreements.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement effective financial management practices.
  • LEAD THE CENTRE MANAGEMENT TEAM TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH AND EXCELLENCE.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve key performance indicators.

Requirements:
  • Outstanding negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A proven track record of driving business growth and excellence in a similar role.
