Job Title

A Property Manager with expertise in leasing and tenancy administration is required to support our Centre Management team.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of retail shopping centres.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational, communication and time management skills, along with attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage retail lease documentation.
  • Complete lease administration sections of monthly owner reports.
  • Support the Finance Manager with financial reporting and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Review and update Tenancy Schedules each month.
About You

Applicants must have experience in Lease Administration, Property Administration or Centre Administration within commercial or retail property.

Exposure to shopping centre management or retail tenancy administration is beneficial.

Familiarity with software systems is desirable but not essential.

Requirements

Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is crucial.
