We are seeking a technical sales professional to support end-user customers in the distributor business. This position will focus on promoting sales strategies, driving sales and customer satisfaction while increasing value.

To be successful in this role, it's essential to develop and maintain customer relationships and have a solid background in spray painting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Demonstrate new and existing products to end-users.
- Plan, coordinate and lead system trials for target end-users.
- Install paint systems and support equipment (e.g., mixing machines, colour tools) for end-users.
- Provide training to new and existing end-users.
- Promote & support third party products to end-users.
- Work with supplier representatives to increase product knowledge and increase sales.
- Continuously improve customer relations by focusing on key drivers of satisfaction.
- Seek opportunities to win new business.

**Requirements:**

- Trade certificate in vehicle spray painting, plus a minimum of 4 years' experience in the industry.
- Experience in dealing with customers and potential prospects within the automotive market place.
- PC experience essential in Windows and Office environment.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
