An amazing opportunity for a highly motivated, skilled, and forward-thinking professional to join our exceptional team of **Technical Specialists** in our office located in **Carole Park, QLD**.

We are seeking an experienced individual who is well-versed in the supply, sales, and delivery of safety products (PPE), workwear, and footwear solutions.

As a valued member of our team, you will directly report to the Team Leader, providing invaluable support to our sales and customer care teams in delivering unparalleled customer value and innovative solutions to both our existing and prospective customers.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Nurturing and strengthening relationships with both existing and new clients/vendors by showcasing your technical expertise and the delivery of customer value.
- Collaborating with account managers and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of sales support for safety products (PPE), workwear, and footwear, from initial identification to customised solutions
- Managing and maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline, utilising CRM systems, while providing key market insights and performance reports
- Equipping our sales and customer service teams with comprehensive product knowledge and training
- Assisting with quote and tender responses, including expert product recommendations
- Contributing to cross-functional projects and initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven expertise in safety products (PPE), workwear, and footwear products
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to deliver exceptional results
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to build positive and productive working relationships
- Passion for face-to-face customer interactions and providing tailored technical solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in CRM systems preferred
