About the Role

This is a collaborative and challenging role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. You'll be responsible for providing daily technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for our equipment range, as well as creating and delivering training programs for our customers, sales reps, and partners.

As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with suppliers and brand partners to stay on top of technical developments, assist with product testing, prototype evaluations, and new product introductions, and build and maintain a detailed library of product specs, service info, and technical resources.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for our equipment range
  • Create and deliver training programs for our customers, sales reps, and partners
  • Collaborate with suppliers and brand partners to stay on top of technical developments
  • Assist with product testing, prototype evaluations, and new product introductions
