Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake comprehensive lifestyle reviews of each resident to identify their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for lifestyle activities that cater to each resident's interests and abilities
  • Lead and coordinate a team of lifestyle staff to enhance the program and promote collaboration among team members
  • Utilize community resources and partnerships to enrich resident experiences and provide opportunities for growth and development
  • Prepare and analyze monthly reports on lifestyle program data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience in aged care, education, or staff support (highly desirable)
