We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Program Coordinator. This dynamic role will see you working closely with residents, carers and other staff members to create personalized care programs that cater to their unique needs and preferences.

About the Role:
  • Work collaboratively with the Lifestyle Coordinator to develop and implement care programs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of each resident's social and emotional needs
  • Design and deliver engaging activities and events to promote connection, creativity and wellbeing

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Care Program Development: Collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator to design and implement care programs tailored to each resident's needs and preferences.

  3. Activity Design and Delivery: Design and deliver engaging activities and events that promote connection, creativity and wellbeing among residents.
