**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Welcome and host customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including handling mail, packages, and other correspondence
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to relevant personnel
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Process payments and manage financial transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of energy and enthusiasm, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience in a similar role or previous history in a related industry (Hospitality, hotel, transport etc.)
