Job Summary:
We are seeking an organised job scheduler with exceptional problem-solving skills to join our project coordination team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and executing jobs from start to finish.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of jobs from start to finish
- Coordinate job activities, resourcing, equipment, and information
- Create and maintain job documentation, including schedules and budgets
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other job-related events
- Monitor job progress, identify any issues or delays, and propose solutions
- Facilitate effective communication within cross-functional teams and with stakeholders
- Develop and implement job management processes and best practices to continuously improve customer experience
- Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Support risk management and quality control measures
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a collaborative and team environment
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
