Milestone IT is currently working with a healthcare organization to provide general support to project managers in the delivery of projects.

This role involves scheduling, prioritizing and coordinating jobs. Maintaining, updating and communicating status reporting as required with key stakeholder groups across the organization and project.

Liaising with clients, internal staff, trades and suppliers. Preparing reports for budgeting, forecasting and finance.

Sending RFQs and chasing up subcontractors/suppliers. Monitoring budgets and cost control. Updating internal systems and client portals.

Keeping constant and up-to-date file notes. Having experience of project scheduling is essential. Must have experience in IT projects and have strong attention to detail.

Having experience in Healthcare would be an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word is required.

A willingness to learn with a can-do positive attitude is necessary. The ability to develop a working project management plan is also required.

Good communication skills and excellent organizational skill with the ability to judge priorities and deadlines are essential.

Initiative and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment is required. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team is also necessary.

Professionally presented and has a high level of written and verbal communication is a must.
