About This Role

As a skilled Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently scheduling and rescheduling jobs, conducting follow-up calls to ensure quote approvals, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize ServiceM8 to schedule and reschedule jobs according to client needs
  • Make timely follow-up calls to secure quote approvals from clients
  • Provide clear and concise responses to client inquiries via phone or email
  • Establish effective relationships with real estate agents, strata managers, tenants, homeowners, and our team of technicians
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date job records in ServiceM8
  • Stay organized and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in construction or the insurance industry is highly beneficial
  • Extensive knowledge of ServiceM8 and ability to utilize its features effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Calm under pressure and able to solve problems efficiently

Working Arrangements:

This full-time position is available for remote work based in Melbourne, requiring a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
