Philanthropy Manager Position Overview

The Philanthropy Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies to drive revenue growth.

This exciting opportunity allows an experienced fundraiser to make a significant impact on our mission by cultivating and delivering philanthropic support, relationship development and management, and strategy development and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and cultivating philanthropic support from high-net-worth individuals.
  • Developing and managing positive, long-term relationships with donors, fundraisers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Producing tailored proposals and strategies to meet the needs of our supporters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in major gift fundraising.
  • Experience or knowledge of bequests marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective donors.
  • Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of self-drive and motivation in a potentially remote environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Results and solutions focused with ability to meet timeframe and budgetary deadlines.
