This role is a pivotal opportunity to lead our fundraising efforts and shape the future of animal welfare. As a strategic leader, you will develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and ensure the long-term sustainability of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Fundraising Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a compelling fundraising strategy that exceeds ambitious targets and ensures long-term revenue growth.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Lead, manage, and mentor a passionate fundraising team, fostering a high-performance, positive, and collaborative culture that reflects our vision and values.
- Donor & Stakeholder Management: Oversee the acquisition and management of strategic partnerships, building strong, long-term relationships with donors and supporters.
- Campaigns: Drive compelling fundraising campaigns, delivering innovative initiatives to grow our portfolio and drive performance.
- Grants: Manage and oversee grant applications and proposals.
- Philanthropy: Research, profile, and cultivate relationships with high-value prospective donors and funding opportunities.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven success in leading fundraising and philanthropy within the not-for-profit sector, with a track record of delivering creative and effective initiatives that meet or exceed KPIs.
- A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM software.
