Our Brisbane Real Estate division is recognized for its inclusive, collaborative, and supportive culture. We are currently seeking a part-time Conveyancing Paralegal to enhance our team, working either 3 or 4 days a week.

As an integral member of our team, you will provide exceptional paralegal support to 2 Partners and other team members, primarily focusing on Developer Conveyancing in the residential sector. Candidates should possess prior experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in Real Estate administration within a law or professional services environment. We value individuals who can work collaboratively, adapt to shifting priorities, and engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare correspondence for clients, vendors, purchasers, solicitors, and financial institutions.
  • Draft essential conveyancing documents.
  • Conduct thorough title searches.
  • Assist with the conveyancing aspects of commercial property transactions.
  • Provide general support to the Real Estate team as needed.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in conveyancing within a private practice law firm.
  • Exposure to leasing work is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with PEXA is preferred.
  • A strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding client liaison abilities.
  • Capability to manage files independently and perform legal administration tasks, including complex mail merges.
