
Chief Incident Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Incident and Problem Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts, including Incident and Problem Management, as well as experience with implementing and managing ITIL processes.
This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop and implement consistent Incident and Problem Management processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and operationalize Incident and Problem Management processes to minimize the negative impact of IT incidents and prevent their recurrence.
- Implement, embed, and provide ongoing support for Incident and Problem Processes and Procedures to ensure adoption of ITIL best practices.
- Oversee and manage Incident, Problem, and Change across the organization, ensuring seamless operation, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Drive rapid service restoration, effective crisis management, SLA adherence, and structured incident response.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of ITSM tools JIRA Service Management (JSM) and frameworks, with practical experience in implementing and managing ITIL processes.
- Incident & Problem Management Expertise: 5+ years defining and driving incident and problem management processes, including experience with post-mortem analysis and corrective action implementation.
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- Global Best Practice in IT Major Incident Management (MIM)
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Certifications
