Director of Skincare Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manufacturing professional to lead our team in the production of high-quality skincare products.
About the Role- This is a strategic leadership position responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive manufacturing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and brand values.
- You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, maintenance, and inventory control.
- The successful candidate will bring a strong background in manufacturing operations within the beauty, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors, and will demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and brand values.
- Lead initiatives to scale production capacity in line with global demand and product innovation.
- Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, maintenance, and inventory control.
- Ensure adherence to production timelines, cost targets, and quality standards.
- Uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety in accordance with regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams to support new product development and operational scalability.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA) are advantageous.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably within the skincare, cosmetics, personal care industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in GMP-compliant manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and deliver continuous improvement outcomes.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
