","Job Summary:">

The Head of Manufacturing will lead the strategic and operational leadership of our manufacturing function, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality production of skincare products while supporting our growth, innovation, and sustainability objectives.

","Key Responsibilities:">
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned with our business objectives and brand values
  • Lead initiatives to scale production capacity in line with global demand and product innovation
  • Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, maintenance, and inventory control
  • Ensure adherence to production timelines, cost targets, and quality standards
  • Uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety in accordance with relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams to support new product development and operational scalability
","Requirements:">
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably within the skincare, cosmetics, personal care industries
  • Demonstrated expertise in GMP-compliant manufacturing environments
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and deliver continuous improvement outcomes
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Experience in skincare industry is an advantage
