Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned with our business objectives and brand values.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, maintenance, and inventory control.
  • Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety in accordance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams to support new product development and operational scalability.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably within the skincare, cosmetics, personal care industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in GMP-compliant manufacturing environments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and deliver continuous improvement outcomes.
