Front Office Agent

We are seeking a dedicated and courteous Front Office Agent to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Meet and greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Ensure all guest arrivals and departures are seamless and memorable.
  • Update and confirm billing details accurately.
  • Prioritize special requests and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and hotel systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work rotating rosters.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
